64 bit vs 32 bit issue

Hello everyone , let me start with my rig:

Direct Drive wheel using Simucube
2Dof motion simulator (Sim Experience) using Sim Commander 4
4x Transducer using Sim Commander 4
Oculus Rift CV1

My issue is I have to open Steam press play then a pop up window comes up where I have to select 64 bit or 32 bit . I am forced to only pick 32 bit due to the fact that if I select 64 bit my motion and transducers will not engage, everything else works. If I select 32 bit everything works....

HELP!! Can't Get OtterHud To Work.....

I've followed all the instructions in this thread for OtterHud, but still can't get it to display on screen in R3E.

FWIW, I use the latest version of Crew Chief and enabled its "WebHUD Integration" option for R3E. And I also copy/pasted the launch options for Otter Hud in R3E in Steam. But I still see no difference in the onscreen HUD from default.

I'm probably doing something wrong, so here's a description...

R3E won't start in VR!

So: I have an Acer WMR headset, using the Steam VR app. rF2, PC2. DR, and ACC all work fine
without any problems.
R3E, on the other hand, refuses to start in VR mode. It churns and churns. and then I get a pop up message "Can't connect to server, Error Code 17991 "
And in Chrome the tab says " 505 Bad Gateway "
All the relevant drivers are up to date, and all my other games run fine.
I've tried a file integrity check, and a complete new install after deleting all R3E folders on my computer...

R3E won't start in VR!

Sector3 Studios have teased a new car coming to RaceRoom Racing Experience - the GT4 specification BMW M4!

Teasing the car in a moody night scene, but leaving the name of the model on the image title to kinda spoil the guessing game (!!), we now know another GT4 machine will be heading to the RaceRoom Racing Experience simulation in the very near future - joining the already released KTM X-Bow, Lotus Evora and Porsche Cayman GT4 cars within the title.

No release date is available...

Hi,

Since I was missing a tool where I can compare my laptimes, see my progression and analyze telemetry data I developed a tool that is capable of handling all this stuff.

The tool is currently in heavy development and I think now is the right moment to get some users into it.

At the current stage laptimes and sector times are recorded. Telemetry is in the making, but this is a separate topic because of data amounts etc.

I was just setting up a server and spotted this:

Anyone know how long that has been there? Have I missed a content announcement somewhere? :O_o:


Edit: Attempting to join a server set with this class results in infinite "loading" so never gets to car selection. Looks like upcoming content which S3 have accidentally enabled in the server manager too early.

FOV setting multiplier explained

You're probably aware that R3E doesn't offer the usual FOV setting in degrees, but instead opts for setting FOV via a cryptic multiplier number. Thankfully, it has been recently explained on S3 forum in one of the posts what the number actually means:

It is a multiplier of the default FOV value of 58 degrees (vertical FOV). So for your convenience, here's a conversion table of all possible in-game FOV...

Been having this issue on and off now for some time and now its doing it again and i really need to know what to fix this once and for all.

When it happens i get a very slow load time when launching the game which is how i know its gonna start doing it.

Then when in ANY session, going in and out of menu to ingame ie "by clicking Drive" or when on track clicking "Back To Garage". Doing this causes up to a 30 seconds freeze before the game executes the action.. (You can still hear the car...

Sector3 Studios confirm three new Porsche models are heading to RaceRoom Racing Experience this December, with a fourth to follow early in the New Year.

This new pack is set to form the third Porsche themed DLC since Sector3 gained the licence to recreate Porsche content for the simulation. Exactly what DLC #3 will contain has yet to be revealed - although Sector3 did hint that the coming days will see the studio tease some of the new content before dropping their latest DLC package...

Help buying a track (or two)

I want some help buying a few tracks.
These 8 tracks is the only ones I dont own.
But Im a guy who hate to buy cars/tracks/paints I dont use regularly.
I recently saw in another thread someone who was absolutely in love with Knutstorp Ring(if I recall right).

Question: If I only want to buy 1 or 2 tracks which one(s) should it be?

ByTheWay: Dont tell me to buy all of them - just because. But Im open for well argumented proposal(s) - if you really think there is a must have...

Does anybody know if a newly downrating in the LB competition is intended?
Eventhough I have generally upped my position.:unsure:
And I can furthermore see that my rating in the car where Im fastest have the lowest rating.

Force Feedback Problem T300

Hello
As in the title I have problem with force feedback on T300 wheel. There is literally no FFB effects on the wheel. All buttons and axis works fine but there is 0 FFB. In other games wheel works fine and what is intresting ingame FFB graph shows that FFB works. Anyone had similar problem?
