S3 have announced on Steam (though apparently nowhere else) that from today until the 23rd of December, you can play R3E and access ALL of it's content completely free of charge! All cars, tracks and game modes are available, including the new content released with the big December patch.

He visto que se ha retirado la licencia del Citroën WTCC del store RaceRoom.
Aún así sigue apareciendo en el juego pilotado por la IA.
No hay ninguna manera de conseguirlo?
Consiguiendo las carpetas y los archivos de ese coche de alguien que ya lo tuviese instalado, conseguiría poder pilotarlo?

Triples and SLI bad scaling?

I decided to try RRRE again after both triple support and other interesting content have been added.

I'm running i7-7k, 3x1440p and 1080TI SLI, both maxed OC. Normally solid +100fps in AC, rF2 and AMS.

Unfortunately the SLI scaling doesn't work well, both GPU have 99% load and FPS is somewhere in the 30-60fps range, in practice... Have tried SLI bits 0x00500005 with no difference at rrre.exe in the nvidia profiler.

Load cell T3PA settings

Since yesterday's update (potentially), I find my load cell T3PA mod is like an on off switch. Essentially without ABS, lock ups are immediate, with no progression.

Any idea what's up/setting I need to change in the control settings please?

Hi,

Since I was missing a tool where I can compare my laptimes, see my progression and analyze telemetry data I developed a tool that is capable of handling all this stuff.

The tool is currently in heavy development and I think now is the right moment to get some users into it.

At the current stage laptimes and sector times are recorded. Telemetry is in the making, but this is a separate topic because of data amounts etc.

AI talent editing?

As the title suggests, is there anyway of editing the talent of the AI in RRRE? I'd like to be able to create a bit more of a spread when it comes to the GT3 classes. There can at times be rather outdated machinery running around at the front of a pack, which can be rather immersion breaking. Or are these files encrypted/hidden?

VR (WMR) Problem with R3E

When I try to load R3E into VR (WMR) using my Samsung Odyssey Plus, the opening (ie - main) screen displays way below my view in VR. I can see the screen "below me" but it's so far down that it's not readable or clickable.

I've searched for a "Center VR View" function to map to a wheel button, but can't find one. So, how can I center R3E's display in VR so that it's usable?

Other cars not visible during Qualifying

I have a new dedicated server up and functional, but for some reason the other cars are not visible during qual. I see no setting I can change to turn this on or off. Any ideas on what I messed up? Everyone qualifies by themselves, but the races are fine.

No smoke/dust shown in mirrors?

After tweaking I now have rather solid (more or less) 100fps with 1440p triples and SLI. (free weekend is over so that with free content). Using an Simucube1 that have also taking some time to tweak, FFB has good feeling as well. Much have happen since I tried it in early 2017.

Still no stand-still or flat-spot FFB, could be Simucube1 related?


But also noted no tyre smoke or dust in mirrors, is that correct?

Participation on the FR90xx LBs after the dec physics revision is not good.
It looks like almost nobody want to drive these cars after the dec downgrade.
And as an (so-and-so) expert in these verhicles I guess there is a reason for peoples decision.:whistling:

But because its quite boring to be able to mandatory take the #1 position almost without any pressure then this announcement: Racerooms FR90 LBs wants you!
And the finger is pointing on any driver able to handle...

Learning with AI

So after trying out several cars and finding which ones suit me best for now, I’ve started learning some tracks and doing single events with small numbers of AI.

What I’ve come to realize is that I am terrible at driving with more than 6-8 other cars. I decided to set up a championship with several tracks and 18-22 cars just to try it out and build my “stamina”.

If I am able to get near front at the start and not make big mistakes, adaptive AI challenges but I do decently. However, if I...

Standing start help

Hi guys,

I recently started to join the ranked races and I always lose 3-4 positions at the standing start with GT3 cars...

Standing in 1st gear I release the clutch when green lights... but the car stays in low rpm and speeds up very slow... I tried with different cars but I get the same behaviour and I always lost some positions.

Any advice on how to properly perform the standing start with GT3 cars?
